No calls, No OB, Office only: 8AM to 7PM.

Overview of the Role:
We are currently recruiting a Pamily Practice Physician, Pfhysician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our  practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality health care that is comprehensive and convenient for each patient.

 Primary Job Duties:
 • Physician provides professional medical services and general care and treatment of patients in the practice
 • Physician will give standard care in accordance with PMG’s professional standards of quality and practice protocols; including, but not limited to, the following:
    o Physician will provide comprehensive medical services for patients on a continuing basis
    o Physician is responsible for performing examination of patients, using medical instruments and equipment
    o Elicits and records information about patients' medical history. Prepares patient records, charts and reports as appropriate
    o Orders or executes various tests to provide information on patient's condition o Analyzes reports and findings of tests and examinations, and diagnoses condition of patient
    o Administers and/or prescribes treatments and medications
    o Promotes health by advising patients concerning diet, hygiene, and methods of prevention of disease
    o Performs surgical procedures commensurate with surgical competency
    o Refers patients to specialists for consultant services when necessary for the patient's well being
Education and/or Experience:
•  Board Certified.
• Understanding of medical coding and billing
 • Knowledge of JCAHO accreditation requirements and state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and others
• Must be competent with common PC applications including Internet, Email, Microsoft Office and Athena EHR .
